Okay, friends... somehow I totally messed up my blog. I'm soooo frustrated right now. For those of you who blog, can you help me??? Basically I have no "Layouts" tab once I log in. So I can't use any of the cute backgrounds. There's nowhere to copy and paste it to. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions? I'm really afraid I'm gonna have to completely start over with a new blog address and everything. AHHHH! Help!

okay...do you have a "design" tab?
You can go to template designer from there.
Otherwise, if you find a cute blog style you like, you should be able to copy and paste the code under the "edit HTML" link.
one of the blogs I follow, "Bambina Babe" (a friend from IA State) has a "Beautify Your Blog" link on her blog and one of the very first entries gives a bunch of websites where you can download free blog templates and backgrounds.
You may just have to start over if nothing works....such a bummer... I'm sorry I can't be more help!
